Money should move like a message.

The remittance industry takes 7-15% per transfer and makes recipients wait days. For people sending $200 to family back home, that's a week of groceries lost to middlemen who add no value.

Ping cuts the middlemen. USDC moves on Solana in under a second. We charge 0.4% to cover the actual cost of off-ramp to GCash / Maya / UPI / M-Pesa / JazzCash. No FX markup. Pyth on-chain pricing. The recipient sees the same number their sender saw.

How we built it

Ping runs on the open-source openova.io Sovereign platform — Kubernetes + Flux GitOps + Cilium service mesh + cert-manager + NATS JetStream + CNPG Postgres. We didn't reinvent the infrastructure; we used the best-in-class open-source components and composed them into a remittance platform.

On-chain: USDC on Solana for settlement. Pyth for FX rates. Privy MPC for non-custodial wallets. Wise + TransFi for last-mile fiat off-ramp. Everything user-facing is auditable on GitHub.

Principles

  • Non-custodial

Your USDC is in your Privy MPC wallet. We can't freeze it, can't move it, can't see it without your signature.

  • Open source

Every line is on GitHub. Reproducible builds. No hidden fees in some closed-source contract.

  • No FX markup

Pyth on-chain price. Same rate Bloomberg sees. No spread, no hidden commission.

  • User-first

Recipients don't need a wallet, an app download, a seed phrase. Just their phone. Same number their family already calls them on.
